Our research revealed that '5 minutes' play an important role in a taxi driver's or tour operator's life. While he can spare just '5 minutes' to get ready in the morning and grab a bite in the afternoon at lunch, what remains ignored is his own health during the rush of the day. Therefore, the initiative was to bring to his attention the health hazards of his fast paced life, and at the same time to tell him that '5 minutes' is all he needs to choose Castrol GTD over any other subsidized product. On the day of the activity, we provided 'protection' by offering a health checkup, simultaneously with an engine checkup of his vehicle, with the help of a certified doctor and vehicle expert. What's more, free accidental death insurance worth Rs. 1 Lakh was given away to on-the-spot purchasers! The activation covered 134 locations in 24 cities over a period of 29 days. During this period we were able interact with more than 22000 cab drivers and more than 900 tour operators, achieving over 2050 liters of on-the-spot sales! |
