Objective

To execute the finals of Red Bull Campus Cricket on a grand scale.

Overview

We managed the entire setup for Red Bull Campus Cricket's finals, held in Mumbai. It featured 450 teams from 32 cities, consisting of 16 womens and 434 men's team.

Execution and Implementation Strategy

We managed all aspects of the Red Bull Campus Cricket finals, from banners and stage setup to DJ truck. Over 1,000+ attendees enjoyed Red Bull drinks, and the winning team received trophies and prizes.

The event was a resounding success, garnering extensive media coverage across various platforms.
