Hunt for the Voice of India, a reality based series on Star TV, a televised event was to be popularized and excitement was to be created amongst youth, the prime target audience of the show and to identify the quality talent for the show from each target city. Understanding the insight that people look for means through which they can have the opportunity to participate at their doorsteps, we reached out to them, engaged them and identified the talent from campuses, RWA's, youth hang outs in each city. For quality talent various Gharana's, Music schools and Music guru's were contacted and engaged. For the talent hunt that was scaled to Mumbai, Kolkata, Indore, Delhi, Jaipur and Lucknow, we contacted 0.5 million consumers, 500 potential talents tapped per state. The audition event-televised show saw an average of 7000 audience per event.
