Madura Coats introduced a new product called Bella, for threading of hair. It wanted to create awareness and relevant consumer connects. Looking at the product and the price point, we decided to reach out and connect with high and mid range beauty parlours in the target markets. Trained team interacted with parlours to gain their advocacy and conducted the branding for visibility and recall. The activity took place in 4 metros and established consumer connects at 2474 beauty parlours.
