Castrol has come up with anti-counterfeit (ACF) pail lid and wanted to gain mechanic advocacy and check the frauds. We devised an Advocacy & Loyalty Program called “Aashirwad” (Blessings). This program was aimed at creating a contact with tractor mechanics, education of the new CRB Turbo with dura-shield; correct the duplication and driving sales on immediate basis. We travelled to 161 towns in 12 states and covered 9500 tractor mechanic shops and enrolled more than 7500 mechanics. This was followed up with motivation cum advocacy visits. Eventually the top performers were gratified.
