providing a concrete platform and promoting the young and budding bowling talent was the objective of "The Gatorade Pacers" - An initiative from Gatorade where Jagran Solutions conducted school activity across 80 schools in all the 4 metros. Students were invited to a central location where they had to bowl under the vigilance of a coach. To make the selection authentic and unbiased speed guns were used to capture the bowling speed. 20 best bowlers each city were felicitated with certificates and best 2 bowlers each city qualified for the finals. Finally 2 winners were selected from the 8 finalists who won themselves a training camp in the MRF Cricket Academy.
